EARN is an approved service provider for ODSP Employment Supports for individuals with disabilities. EARN will help identify the strengths and skills each client has to offer a workplace, EARN works one on one with clients to plan what steps are necessary to achieve their employment goal. Support is provided for participants to assist them with the learning process, direct them in finding a job and help them successfully maintain their jobs.
